Job Description

As a Security Professional - l - Chemical Site Patrol - Full Time in Milwaukee, WI , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical / Petrochemical, and more.

As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in helping to deter security-related incidents at a chemical and petrochemical location. Your responsibilities will include conducting routine patrols, maintaining a visible presence, and providing outstanding customer service and communication. This is a driving post, so you will be required to operate a vehicle as part of your daily duties. What You'll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

  • Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
  • Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
  • Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
  • Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding appropriately to emergencies.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and observe for any potential hazards.
  • Monitor the premises for unusual activity and report any security-related concerns or incidents as required by site protocols.
  • Assist with access control by verifying credentials and monitoring entry and exit points within the chemical and petrochemical location.
  • Communicate clearly and promptly with Allied Universal management, site personnel, and / or emergency responders when required.
  • Support the enforcement of site rules and regulations while maintaining a courteous and helpful demeanor toward all individuals on the property.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • Proof of high school diploma or GED is required.
  • Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
  • Access control and / or badge experience is preferred.
  • A valid driver's license is required for driving positions only and must meet Allied Universal Driver Policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
