Base pay range
$200,000.00 / yr - $275,000.00 / yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute financial strategy in support of long-term business growth and transformation
- Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to the CEO, COO, and executive team
- Use scenario planning, forecasting, and predictive modeling to guide resource allocation and business priorities
- Lead modernization of financial systems through ERP upgrades, BI tools, and automation
- Champion finance automation efforts, e.g., AP automation, real-time reporting, and process digitization
- Collaborate with IT and operational teams to tightly integrate financial and business platforms
- Elevate FP&A as a strategic capability, enabling proactive, insight-driven decision-making
- Translate financial data into compelling narratives that drive alignment across departments
- Build a culture of data-informed planning, where finance partners closely with all business units
- Apply Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies to eliminate inefficiencies and reduce manual tasks
- Shorten the month-end close cycle, increase financial accuracy, and improve forecasting agility
- Lead cross-functional reviews to identify bottlenecks across the supply chain, workforce planning, and customer delivery
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting aligned with regulatory standards
- Oversee audit readiness, internal controls, treasury operations, and risk mitigation strategies
- Manage ESOP administration and compliance in coordination with external partners and board committees
- Inspire and coach a high-performing finance and accounting team; act as a mentor to rising talent
- Foster a Finance as a Service philosophy — supporting departments as internal clients
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or MBA preferredProven track record in digital finance transformation within a growth-oriented, mid-sized companyDeep experience in strategic FP&A, scenario planning, pricing models, M&A, and forecastingDemonstrated success improving business performance through cross-functional collaborationStrong grasp of unit economics, customer profitability, and operations-aligned KPIsSkilled in building scalable systems, automating processes, and simplifying complex problemsExperience with ESOPs, external audits, and third-party finance administration is a plusHigh emotional intelligence and leadership style centered on service, humility, and coachingNote : Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable.
