A leading manufacturer of drilling rigs and tooling used worldwide in geotechnical, environmental, and exploration drilling is looking for a reliable and experienced Shipping & Receiving / Inventory Specialist to support operations and help ensure the accurate flow of materials and equipment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Receive, inspect, and document inbound freight including parts, tooling, and materials, and ensure all shipments meet packaging and labeling standards
• Prepare, pack, and ship outbound orders—ranging from small parcel to heavy industrial equipment
• Load and unload trucks using a stand-up forklift and manual pallet jacks
• Perform routine and scheduled cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy
• Enter transactions into Microsoft Dynamics GP (ERP system) for inventory and shipping documentation
• Coordinate with purchasing and production to reconcile inventory discrepancies and meet build deadlines
• Ensure all shipments meet packaging and labeling standards to prevent damage in transit
