Project Role : Technology Support Engineer

Project Role Description : Resolve incidents and problems across multiple business system components and ensure operational stability. Create and implement Requests for Change (RFC) and update knowledge base articles to support effective troubleshooting. Collaborate with vendors and help service management teams with issue analysis and resolution.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure (controllers, routers, switches, wireless access points, circuits).
• Lead large-scale deployments (1,200+ routers, 1,400+ switches, 4,500+ access points) with high availability and reliability.
• Implement and manage Zero Trust Network Access (ZPA / ZTNA) solutions.
• Oversee operations of Juniper, Cisco, VMware NSX, and multi-vendor network environments.
• Administer and secure DNS / DHCP / IPAM (InfoBlox) and integration with Cloudflare.
• Drive strategy, deployment, and optimization of Unified Communications platforms : Cisco UCC, Avaya, UCCaaS, Webex Contact Center.
• Use monitoring platforms (OpsRamp) to ensure proactive incident management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define network / UC strategies aligned with business goals.
• Lead, mentor, and guide junior engineers to build technical and operational excellence.
• Participate in architectural decision-making and vendor evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with security, risk, and governance standards.
• Promote automation, documentation, and continuous improvement of IT operations.

Professional and Technical Skills

Preferred Certifications : CCNP / CCIE (Cisco); JNCIP / JNCIE (Juniper); VCP-NV (VMware NSX); Zscaler Certified Engineer
