Product Partnerships, Senior Manager
As a Product Partnerships, Senior Manager at Persona, you will be integral to scaling up Persona's Integration partnerships & opening up new lines of business for Persona. From the get-go, you will evaluate new partner opportunities, source new partner prospects, and grow existing relationships.
This role requires a deep understanding of our product offerings on our comprehensive platform, a willingness to continuously learn and specialize in the identity industry, and exposure to different types of partnerships and their respective value exchanges. This is an ideal role for someone with experience in fintech, experience with business development or partnerships, and a desire to scale up a partner ecosystem. This role can be based in our offices in San Francisco, CA or New York, New York.
What you'll achieve at Persona
- Drive the continued growth & development of Persona's Integration and Workforce partners
- Connect deeply into the ecosystem to inform the Partnerships roadmap & strategy, and keep the broader team up-to-date on market dynamics, industry players, and product feedback
- Discover, evaluate, and help launch new partners, while also adding process and structure to help scale these programs, including go-to-market efforts for partner products with Persona's direct sales teams
- Work closely with Sales, Product and Marketing supporting engagements with customers & prospects, enabling Persona's partners, and helping pilot new products
- Support legal and commercial negotiation of new partnership agreements, and help drive the end-to-end onboarding and ongoing relationship management of these accounts
- Own KPIs for partners, such as Product Usage, Revenue Generation, and Brand Awareness
- Build thought leadership within our industry, and have the opportunity to represent Persona at industry-leading events
What you'll bring to Persona
You have 7+ years of experience in business development or partnership management (fintech, regtech, or financial services experience a strong plus)You have the ability and desire to deeply understand our market, industry, and core use cases of fraud, compliance and trust & safetyYou have the strategic sense and skills to see the big picture, but are also tactical enough to execute, own and operationalize deals on a day-to-day basisYou are more than willing to roll up your sleeves and take on tasks both big and small; you'll have a collaborative approach with low ego in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentYou are fluent in the entire lifecycle of a business partner, from discovery and evaluation, through commercialization and post-launch account managementYou have a strong track record of developing long-term relationships and know how to communicate and negotiate with external parties; you excel in working directly with customers, partners and external third partiesYou have experience working at an early or mid stage startupYou have strong communication and interpersonal skills, executive presence, and attention to detailYou have a growth mindset, ability to receive and act on feedback, and a sense of humor
