The Validation Engineer is responsible for conducting field tests on prototype agricultural and off-highway equipment. This role involves close collaboration with design engineering teams, machine users, and other stakeholders to ensure product performance, safety, and reliability. The engineer will also support lab testing, prototype updates, and customer machine evaluations.

Your Impact

• Conduct and manage field testing of prototype machines, including setup, monitoring, and detailed reporting of performance and reliability.
• Coordinate test logistics, including selecting suitable locations, working with cooperators, and ensuring safety compliance.
• Document and analyze data, including part failures, performance metrics, safety assessments, and using data logging equipment.
• Recommend design improvements based on test findings and share information on industry trends with engineering teams.
• Maintain assigned equipment in good working condition and appearance and ensure security of equipment, with travel exceeding 50%.
