Your Opportunity
The Project Manager is responsible for supporting the US Federal government's Military Program, focusing on the planning, design, and construction of facilities and infrastructure for the US Department of Defense throughout the US and the world in developing and implementing program components to support the program's strategic direction, as well as creating and delivering on long-term business objectives. The Project Manager will act as a coordinator between multiple internal teams (BOUs, BCs) involved in military facilities and infrastructure (MF&I) projects and external entities (USACE, NAVFAC, USAF, USCG) at a business organizational level to ensure they are benefitting each other and aligning with overall goals. Oversight responsibilities include Project Delivery, Project Management, Technical Discipline Expertise, Staff Resourcing, Risk Management, Training, Positioning and Pursuits. The Program Management Team contributes to growth of Stantec's MF&I program across all federal accounts. The Project Manager will work with the US Federal Account Managers and the Program Manager to develop and implement strategies related to the consistent delivery of projects to meet the US Federal Program's compliance and business objectives. In addition, the Program Management Team will be responsible for collaborating across internal business units to align planning and the allocation of resources.
