WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR :

Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a full-time Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with an office setting background to join our group at Franciscan Physician Network Coolspring Health Center located in Michigan City, Indiana , which is within 60 minutes of Chicago and minutes from Lake Michigan beaches. The ideal candidate will enjoy providing comprehensive care for patients and families in our community.

WHAT WE NEED :

Ideal candidate will have experience in a Family Medicine office setting. Focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction is important. Candidate will display exceptional interpersonal skills and desire to develop strong ties with the community and existing medical staff. Provider will need to work collaboratively with physician to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT :

• Flexible full-time schedule
• Average outpatient volume : 20 - 25 patients per day
• Excellent support staffing : dedicated MA plus additional MA support for practice
• Lab and X-Ray on site
• Specialty Practices within Network : Ortho, Rheumatology, ENT, Endo, Derm, Opthamology, Cardiology, Hem / Onc, Vascular, OB / Gyn, GI, ID, Pulm, etc.
• Strong mentorship opportunities available from seasoned providers
