Senior Talent Acquisition Coordinator

This is a fully remote role. We welcome applicants who reside in the following states : AR, CT, IL, IN, IA, KS, LA, ME, MA, MI, MO, NH, OH, OK, RI, and TX.

As an Elara Senior Talent Acquisition Coordinator you'll contribute to our success in the following ways :

Provides support coordination of recruitment projects and related services to supervisors, hiring managers, recruitment team members, and others.

Participates and supports in the implementation of recruitment projects and programs

Handles and prioritizes multiple ranges of administrative recruiting related tasks (i.e., prepare hiring paperwork, candidate information packets, etc.).

Serves as resource for recruitment policies, procedures, and practices to supervisors, HR staff, and others.

Assists with potential employee screens and schedules interviews.

What is Required?

High School Diploma or GED required

4+ years of administrative / coordination experience in Talent Acquisition or HR functions

Proficiency with MS office Suite - Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams

Proficiency with social media platforms such as Facebook and LinkedIn

Prior experience with ATS systems such as Workday

Knowledge of the healthcare, hospice and / or home health industry is preferred

You will report to the Supervisor of Talent Acquisition Operations.
