Job Summary :

Third Party Medical company based in Syosset, NY is seeking a professional and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Claimant Services Representative . In this role, you will handle incoming phone calls related to appointment confirmations, cancellations, and general inquiries from claimants.

The position is paying up to $20 / hour and the company would like to hire ASAP!

Responsibilities :

• Answer high volume of inbound calls in a courteous and timely manner
• Provide accurate appointment information to claimants
• Handle cancellations, reschedules, and basic troubleshooting
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
• Document all communication accurately in internal systems

Qualifications :
