FirstChoice Professional Painting is seeking a highly motivated and talented Estimator / Sales Person to join our dynamic team. We are a professional painting company dedicated to providing commercial and residential painting services with integrity and craftsmanship to the South Florida market with a highly dedicated, inspired, and caring team.

Job Title : Estimator

Location : South Florida

Employment Type : Full-Time

Salary Range : Commission-Based - Potential to earn $75,000+

Responsibilities :

• Evaluate project requirements and specifications to determine the scope of work.
• Conduct on-site inspections to assess the condition of surfaces, measure dimensions, and identify any additional preparation or repairs needed.
• Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor services.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, and project managers to understand project goals, provide recommendations, and offer value engineering solutions when appropriate.
• Prepare comprehensive project proposals and bid documents.
• Maintain a database of material prices, labor rates, and subcontractor costs to ensure accurate estimating.
• Stay updated on industry trends, painting techniques, and regulatory requirements.
• Join professional organizations relating to client base.
