Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the electrical engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the electrical engineering department in alignment with the company's goals and objectives.
- Oversee the design, development, and implementation of electrical systems and products.
- Ensure all electrical engineering projects, initiatives, and processes are in conformance with the organization's established policies and objectives.
- Drive the integration of renewable energy sources into our manufacturing processes and products.
- Collaborate with other department managers to optimize production processes.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the team, promoting continuous learning and professional development.
- Conduct performance reviews, identify training needs, and foster a high-performance environment.
- Stay abreast of advancements in electrical engineering and renewable energy technologies and implement new strategies and technologies as required.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. A Professional Engineer (PE) licensure is required.A minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical engineering, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.Proven experience with renewable energy sources.Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles, procedures, and standards.Proven track record of managing and delivering engineering projects on time and within budget.Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in using electrical design software and tools.Demonstrated ability to stay current with the latest trends, technologies, and methodologies in electrical engineering and renewable energy sources.Equal Opportunity
