Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the electrical engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for the electrical engineering department in alignment with the company's goals and objectives.
• Oversee the design, development, and implementation of electrical systems and products.
• Ensure all electrical engineering projects, initiatives, and processes are in conformance with the organization's established policies and objectives.
• Drive the integration of renewable energy sources into our manufacturing processes and products.
• Collaborate with other department managers to optimize production processes.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the team, promoting continuous learning and professional development.
• Conduct performance reviews, identify training needs, and foster a high-performance environment.
• Stay abreast of advancements in electrical engineering and renewable energy technologies and implement new strategies and technologies as required.
