Hospitalist Physician opening in Nebraska

StartDate : ASAP Available Shifts : 7on / 7off (7am-7pm) Pay Rate : $350000.00 - $487000.00

A private physician-owned and physician-led group in Nebraska is looking to add a Hospitalist physician to their team. Practice with colleagues who have a vested interest in the highest degree of collegiality and patient care while earning in the 90 th percentile of hospitalists in the country.

Practice Overview :

• 7on / 7off schedule daytime hours only (7am-7pm)
• Join a team of 5 other full-time Hospitalists and 8 full-time Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) dedicated to the Hospitalist team
• Highly competitive base salary + RVU productivity bonuses + APP supervision compensation
• $450,000 realistic annual compensation
• 35 days of paid time off per year (in addition to the weeks you don't work)
• 5 additional days of paid time off per year for continuing medical education (CME)
• $5,000 annual CME stipend
• $85,000 sign-on / relocation stipend
• Comprehensive benefits package with health / dental / vision insurance premiums paid at 100%
• 401k with employer contribution of 5%-7% even if you dont contribute

Kearney is home to the University of Nebraska which was founded in 1905. The citys Moto is : The Heart of Nebraska. There are two microbreweries there as well as the Museum of Nebraska art which houses artifacts from 175 years ago, as far back as the 19th century. The Viaero Event Center which seats 5,500 and hosts performances, events and concerts, is also located in Kearney.
