Job Opportunity : Full-Time Maintenance Technician

Fulton | $18–$20 / hr

We’re seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team! Reporting to the Site Manager, this role ensures the property stays in excellent condition while providing quality service to residents and guests.

Responsibilities :

  • Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting repairs
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and common areas
  • Prepare units for move-in / move-out (repairs, cleaning, flooring, painting)
  • Handle emergency maintenance requests (on-call as needed)
  • Groundskeeping : leaf removal, tree trimming, pressure washing
  • Inspect units, change air filters, replace bulbs / batteries, clean HVAC coils
  • Assist with garbage removal and other tasks as assigned

Qualifications :

  • Property maintenance experience preferred
  • Knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting
  • Ability to lift, climb, and work in all weather conditions
  • Strong problem-solving skills & sense of urgency
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Must bring necessary tools daily

    • Ideal Candidate :

    Professional, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while collaborating with the Site Manager and team.
