Core Responsibilities
Manage executive inbox and correspondenceOrganize calendars, schedule meetings, and confirm appointmentsTrack tasks, projects, and deadlines to ensure nothing slipsPrepare agendas, documents, and notes for meetingsOrganize files, documents, and data for easy accessBook travel and manage itinerariesConduct light research to support decision-makingClient Success Emphasis Responsibilities
Respond to support tickets and client emailsSend updates, reminders, and weekly reportsProactively check in with clients and accountsSet up onboarding dashboards, folders, or knowledge basesSchedule check-ins, calls, and follow-upsCollect testimonials, feedback, and call notesRequirements
Minimum 3+ years of client success, support, or executive assistant experienceExceptional written and verbal communication skills with a client-first mindsetNaturally proactive, collaborative, and responsive — ensures clients feel supported and valuedHighly organized and consistent in managing tickets, reports, and follow-upsGrowth-oriented professional seeking a long-term partnership with opportunities to scaleBenefits
