General Partner / Head of Capital Raising
We are seeking an experienced General Partner to join a dynamic private equity team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of fundraising, strategic investing, and portfolio growth .
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Capital Raising : Develop and execute strategies to raise capital from institutional investors, family offices, and high‑net‑worth individuals.
- Investment Sourcing & Evaluation : Identify, assess, and execute investment opportunities aligned with the firm’s strategic focus areas.
- Investor Relations : Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective investors, ensuring transparent communication and reporting.
- Strategic Contribution : Partner with the leadership team to refine and implement investment theses and operational strategies across the portfolio.
- Portfolio Oversight : Support portfolio companies in driving transformation, growth, and operational excellence.
