The Shipping / Receiving Clerk & Truck Driver is a multifaceted role combining Logistics, Transportation, and Operational responsibilities. This position ensures the efficient packaging, handling, and transportation of materials and finished products.

With tasks ranging from preparing bills of lading to safely driving a commercial vehicle, this role is essential to delivering excellence from production to the final destination.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and customer-focused, contributing to the success of shipping, receiving, and delivery operations with professionalism, reliability, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Pack and Wrap / Loading / Unloading

• Follow instructions from the Department Manager, completing tasks efficiently and reporting back with questions or updates.
• Prepare and track all required materials, equipment, and hardware for assigned projects.
• Create bills of lading using Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Wrap, protect, and package finished millwork to ensure safe transport and delivery.
• Assist in unloading deliveries and distributing materials to appropriate departments.
• Maintain high standards of craftsmanship, resourcefulness, and attention to detail.
• Communicate completion timelines for assigned project elements.
• Ensure products meet quality standards before advancing to the next production stage.
