Work Arrangement

• This role is an Onsite position, on second shift the expectation is that you are reporting to the plant daily, working approximately 2 Saturdays per month

The Role / Job Overview :

Flint Assembly is looking for an individual that has experience in joining and dispensing methodologies. The candidate would be responsible for maintaining and continually improving our vast welding and sealing network. Additionally, the candidate would be responsible for serving as group leader to the Div 1 hourly employees responsible for validating the performance of said network. This role involves significant amount of interaction with other departments within the plant and suppliers.
