Senior Growth Engineer

A company is looking for a Senior Growth Engineer to enhance developer experiences through measurable improvements across various growth surfaces.

Key Responsibilities

Ship experiments across SDKs, documentation, dashboard, backend, and email / CRM

Collaborate with engineering, design, product, and marketing teams to improve developer experiences

Establish hypotheses and success metrics for experiments, instrumenting and monitoring outcomes

Required Qualifications

Five+ years of hands-on software engineering experience

1-2+ years of experience running growth experiments in PLG / SaaS environments

Full-stack proficiency with JavaScript / TypeScript (Next.js) and Go, along with strong SQL skills

Experience with data analysis tools like BigQuery, PostHog, and Hex

Must be based in North America or Western Europe time zones
