Regional Reporting, Inc. (RRI) is one of the largest independently owned providers of Loss Control to the property and casualty Insurance industry. We specialize in Property, General Liability, Products Liability, Fleet, Inland Marine, and Workers' Compensation. RRI is seeking an experienced Insurance Loss Control Consultant throughout our coverage territory to conduct commercial insurance loss control inspections.

Overview

An Insurance Loss Control Consultant is primarily responsible for performing commercial insurance inspections and completing insurance underwriting reports. Insurance Companies use these reports to properly underwrite insurance policies. Consultants drive to locations, take photos and visually observe the interior and exterior of facilities. They note the business operations to determine insurance exposures and identify potential improvements. They document their findings in an insurance underwriting report via our website online. Work is assigned on a daily or weekly basis, depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Recording onsite observations, taking measurements and photos in accordance with carrier-specific requirements
• Identifying building and roof construction type, square footage, potential hazards
• Timely completion of assignments / reports according to due dates
• Communicating regularly with Field Manager to complete inspections in the most cost effective and efficient manner
• Coordinating the time and date of the inspection meeting the insured representative onsite
• Preparing and reporting inspection results, uploading photos and preparing diagrams on an ongoing basis
• Drive to and from insured locations; some overnight travel may be required

Compensation

Reports that are completed and reviewed for accuracy are paid per assignment starting at $110.
