At Happy Home Lending, a top 1% mortgage brokerage by volume and innovation, were re-engineering the loan officer experience. We partner with 60+ wholesale lenders, offer zero-cost tech, same-week onboarding, and the ability to build your own squad of producing LOs.

This isnt a desk jobits a launchpad.

Who We're Looking For

Were hiring two types of rockstars :

Experienced Retail LOs looking to escape overlays, slow ops, and low comp.
New or Newly Licensed LOs ready to learn fast, launch strong, and close deals in their first 6090 days.

What Youll Do

If You're Experienced :

Recruit and lead a producing team (yes, we pay overrides)

Coach junior LOs in weekly pipeline & skill sessions

Structure deals across our 60+ lender panel

Price like a boss, close like a pro

If Youre New :

Shadow experienced LOs while learning CRM, POS, and LOS

Contact your warm market with our proven scripts

Participate in live trainings, call reviews, and file walkthroughs

Pull apps, price deals, and grow fast under a mentor

What You Get

What Success Looks Like

30 Days : Daily touchpoints with leads, 12 pre-approvals

60 Days : 1020 apps in process; partner intros booked

90 Days : Steady closings; new agents working with you

Must-Haves

Active NMLS license (or ready to start training immediately)

Entrepreneurial drive (1099 mindset required)

Strong communication and follow-up game

Comfortable in a fast-paced, no-handholding environment

Bonus If You Have

Built a team before or have team-building experience

Previous success in retail mortgage, real estate, or finance

Local agent / builder network you can activate
