Nova is seeking a Pre-Construction & Procore Manager (PCPM) to oversee early-phase project planning, mobilization, and permitting. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in maintaining related Procore files up to date. Coordinating site logistics, expeditor tasks, and permit filings to ensure efficient project starts.

Responsibilities :

• Coordinate with Project Managers after award to define mobilization requirements.
• Conduct site visits and prepare initial sketches and a list of required DOB / DOT permits.
• Develop and submit comprehensive Mobilization Plans for PM approval.
• Supervise or prepare final Mobilization Plans for permitting and site use.
• Work directly with expeditors on permit filings (e.g., CD-5, TPP, SSP).
• Track expeditor assignments and permit statuses.
• Transfer complete mobilization packages to PMs for execution.
• Manage Procore project setup, submittals, and directories.
• Support warranty tracking, TWLAS, and inspection letters.
• Prepare sketches and assist with permit amendments and shop drawings.
