Staffmark is seeking a highly skilled Contract Manager to support a premier aerospace company in Fullerton, CA. This direct hire opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in contract negotiation and compliance who thrives in a high-stakes, fast-paced environment. Schedule Monday - Friday | 7 : 00 AM - 4 : 00 PM (occasional Saturdays required)

Salary $130,000 - $140,000 (depending on experience)

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in business law, contract management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• In-depth knowledge of contract law, FAR / DFARS, export compliance, and anti-bribery regulations (ABAC / FCPA)
• Demonstrated success negotiating complex sales and purchase agreements
• Skilled in risk assessment, contract strategy, and compliance frameworks
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; aerospace or aviation industry experience strongly preferred
• Familiarity with Lean, 6S, and continuous improvement methodologies
• U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder (per export control regulations)
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Able to work independently and manage priorities in a dynamic environment
