Responsibilities :
As an Inventory Control Associate, you'll be the backbone of our inventory accuracy. Your primary responsibilities will include :
- Performing daily cycle counts and physical inventories to ensure the highest level of stock accuracy.
- Investigating and resolving inventory discrepancies by tracing transactional errors and root causes.
- Transferring inventory within the warehouse management system to track product movement accurately.
- Operating electronic devices, including handheld scanners, tablets, and smart devices, to process inventory transactions efficiently.
- Collaborating with warehouse, logistics, and management teams to streamline inventory processes.
- Maintaining a clean and organized inventory area and adhering to all safety protocols.
Qualifications / Skills :
Required : Strong proficiency with electronic devices such as handheld scanners, tablets, or smart phones, and the ability to quickly adapt to new warehouse technology.Preferred : Prior experience in Inventory Control roles (e.g., Inventory Clerk, Cycle Counter) or similar roles with demonstrated experience in transferring inventory and performing cycle counts.Physical Requirements : Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25 lbs regularly.Note : Candidates will be tested on their physical ability to perform these essential functions.Benefits :
