Job Description

• Manage on-site construction activities to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to meet project schedules.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with plans and specifications.
• Address and resolve any issues or delays that may arise during construction.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs and progress reports.
• Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and company policies.
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.
• Train and mentor team members to uphold high standards of performance.
