Job Description
As a Security Officer - Commercial Real Estate Patrol in Bellevue, WA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more.
As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol a prominent commercial real estate location, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Your visible presence will support a secure environment while you interact with tenants and visitors, provide assistance, and uphold access control standards. By utilizing technology and strong communication skills, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to a people-first culture dedicated to integrity, teamwork, and innovation.

What You'll Do :
Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
