Your Opportunity

As UI / UX Designer, you will craft compelling and intuitive user interfaces for our key digital touchpoints . With a mobile-first approach you will drive how our website shows up as a brand window as well as conversion optimized e-commerce platform . You bring a designer’s eye to combine usability and brand identity delivering seamless and engaging user experiences . You will join our global inhouse creative team and work closely with our e-commerce and marketing teams across regions. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on shaping our global digital brand experience!

Your Mission

• Design for impactful user experiences and visually engaging user interfaces – intuitive, seamless, engaging digital customer journey
• Ensure our digital experiences consistently reflect and reinforce our brand identity , fostering strong emotional connections with our users
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes , and visual designs for web, mobile platforms and digital communication formats (e.g. CRM)
• Craft designs with a mobile-first mindset , ensuring responsive, adaptive, and accessible interfaces.
• Maintain and evolve our Design System for consistency and scalability

Interpret data and analytics to inform design decisions that enhance set KPIs (especially conversion and engagement )

For this position, we offer you a gross monthly salary starting at EUR 3.200 on a full-time basis. Of course, we take into account your individual qualifications and experience and are willing to pay an appropriate overpayment. We will be happy to discuss details in person.
