• Summary of Position
• The Foundation Communications and Donor Relations Specialist supports NET Ministries by managing Foundation communications and donor relations efforts. This role develops and coordinates marketing materials, donor appeals, and stewardship initiatives, while collaborating across departments to ensure cohesive messaging and effective support of fundraising and engagement strategies.
• Essential Functions
• I. Foundation Marketing and Communications ? Develop and coordinate production of Foundation collateral materials, including missionary fundraising materials, event promotion, newsletter articles, annual report, alumni communications, and donor stewardship reports. ? Collaborate with Marketing and Communications to ensure timely completion of projects, manage relevant budgets, and ensure that all Foundation digital and print pieces adhere to NET brand standards. II. Direct Mail Appeals and Major Gift Support ? Coordinate direct mail program : write appeal letters and digital follow-up communications for various donor audiences, identify donor segments, and work with Foundation staff to develop appropriate data lists for each appeal, analyze results, and create strategies for ongoing donor development. ? Assist with creation and execution of mid-tier donor program, including targeted appeals and stewardship activities. ? Direct logistics for quarterly virtual impact call for leadership benefactors. ? Prepare foundation grant applications in partnership with major gift officers. ? Edit major gift proposals as needed.### Qualifications
• Minimum :
• Bachelors degree or equivalent.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Highly organized and detail-oriented with an aptitude for working with data.Able to take direction and demonstrate initiative in executing responsibilities.Proficient in Microsoft and Google suite products. Excels in a team environment.Passionately committed to the mission of NET.Must support, live, and communicate the teachings of the Catholic Church.
• Preferred :
