Position : Administrative Specialist (Residential)

Adelphoi is seeking a detail-oriented and service-drivenAdministrative Specialist to support the operations of our secure residential unit. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about making a difference, wed love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide clerical and administrative support to Residential Secure Programs.
• Process and distribute client-related documents, including letters and reports.
• Proofread treatment plans, monthly reports, discharge summaries, and court documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
• Maintain accurate tracking of report timelines for agency benchmarking.
• Operate the control room to manage door access and support facility security.
• Serve as a communication liaison between Middle Creek staff, other units, and licensed professionals (LPs).
• Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
