Hours : M F Standard Working Hours

Travel : This role requires associates to be in-office 1 - 2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Alternate locations may be considered if candidates reside within a commuting distance from an office.

Position Overview

Provides leadership to assigned area through provider engagement activities including roles in project management, business development, clinical connectivity, provider contracting, and departmental education activities. Provides consulting and support services to support critical business activities such as cost of care analysis, reimbursement strategies, clinical connectivity, and provider contracting.

How You Will Make an Impact

• Serves as a liaison with internal departments (i.e. claims, IT / IM, Network management) and external resources
• Leads the resolution of operational issues and opportunities related to provider engagement processes
• Drives processes to create infrastructure and access to web suite of clinical connectivity tools and the Online Care tool for providers
• Works with vendors and IT to develop and execute business use cases that involve exchange of clinical information with providers
• Participates in developing reimbursement strategies
• Analyzes cost of care for new business opportunities
