The Director of Clinical Practice and Outcomes serves as the champion of MCH clinical outcome improvement initiatives. Will partner with Administration, Managers, and the Medical Staff to plan, educate, mentor, coordinate, facilitate and promote hospital wide initiatives to ensure effective implementation and continuous improvement of quality of care outcomes provided to hospital and ambulatory patients. Will coordinate and promote the dissemination of best practice information within the organization. Strategizes with Administration, Medical Directors and Hospital staff to plan, develop and implement key initiatives designed to improve hospital wide quality outcomes, service, patient satisfaction and patient safety, and meet CMS and industry quality outcomes and reporting measures.
Requires current State of California Registered Nurse Licensure
Requires Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Master's Degree Preferred
ANCC National Certification preferred
CPHQ certification preferred
Requires minimum 3 years recent acute care management experience in nursing, quality or education with strategic responsibilities for transforming clinical practice to actionable improved outcomes at bedside.
