Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of residential architectural projects, leading design development and construction documentation
• Collaborate closely with the principal architect and project managers throughout all project phases
• Produce detailed, high-quality drawings and specifications with strong attention to detail
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities and deadlines effectively
• Participate in client meetings, city presentations, and coordination with builders and consultants
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to the studio's collaborative culture
• Communicate clearly and independently while seeking guidance as needed to ensure design intent and quality standards are met
