Under the direction of the RN, collaborates with physicians, the patient and family, and other members of the interdisciplinary team to meet each patient’s individualized needs. Education Qualifications No educational requirements. Licensure / Certification Qualifications Current Licensed Practical Nurse licensure in the state of employment. Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification or obtained within 3 months of employment.
