Assist the Project Manager, Superintendent, and other members of the onsite management team in the overall planning, scheduling and administration of an assigned project. May be assigned responsibility for specific aspects of a heavy commercial / industrial project located in the north Phoenix, AZ area.

Education / Experience
Requires a four (4) year Building Construction or Engineering degree or equivalent combination of technical training and related experience. Previous construction and / or crafts experience gained through internship or co-op assignments desirable. Basic knowledge of management practices and the ability to organize, a plus. Ability to calculate mathematical extensions, read and understand engineering drawings, purchase orders, contracts and cost coding systems important . First aid certification, a plus.
50-60 hour work weeks expected, full time salaried position with full benefits including health, dental / vision, life, 401k and matching, and more! Looking to hire ASAP for a long term project and possibly beyond, will consider per diem or relocation for the perfect candidates only.
