Skills and Requirements

• Professional Engineer (PE) License : Must hold a valid PE license within the state of Texas.
• Educational Background : Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
• Experience : At least four years of progressive engineering experience, preferably in utility services or related field(s).
• Technical Proficiency : Strong knowledge of electrical system design, power distribution, lighting, and control systems.
• Project Management Skills : Proven ability to manage projects from concept through construction, including coordination with other engineering disciplines.
• Compliance Knowledge : Familiarity with relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations.
• Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration and documentation. Nice to have :
• Prior experience supporting - Public Sector (municipalities, state and federal - governmental entities)
