job_description.job_card.job_descriptionCoordinate, oversee, and perform restoration processes as scheduled and ensure quality control Manage the customer and client experience and overall project satisfaction Communicate clear expectations to restoration technicians and supervise their activities Thoroughly document restoration projects support the services provided Manage labor, equipment, and supply usage on assigned projects Communicate progress, problems, and important updates with internal team members. Verify all safety protocols are established and followed for workplace safety Perform daily, weekly, and monthly vehicle and equipment maintenance, as assigned. Coach and train restoration technicians High school diploma / GED Valid drivers license At least 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction IICRC certification a plus, not required Ability to pass a background check Availability for rotating on-call schedule Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics) Ability to repetitively push / pull / lift / carry objects Ability to work with / around cleaning agents
