LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Bilingual (Spanish / English) HR Manager to support a construction firm in Ocoee, FL. If you have at least 5 years in Human Resources Management, apply today! Responsibilities
- Process payroll and certified payroll (Paylocity preferred)
- Report CCIP / OCIP payroll hours to general contractors
- Attract, hire, and onboard candidates
- Manage and maintain employee records
- Ensure compliance with employment and labor laws
- Maintain and update the employee handbook
- Handle workers’ compensation (WC) claims and report to OSHA as needed
- Address employee complaints and conflicts
- Support management with performance evaluations
- Develop and implement HR / training policies and procedures
- Administer and manage company benefits (401k, health, life, ESOP)
- Assist employees with benefit enrollment, updates, and withdrawals
- Provide payroll and employee census data / reporting to upper management
- Attend job fairs, training seminars, and other events
- ? Qualifications
- Bilingual : Fluent in Spanish and English (required)
- Experience with Paylocity (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of the construction industry (preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources (ideal)
- Experience in payroll processing and benefits administration
- Strong Excel skills; familiarity with Microsoft Office
