As an Access Control Officer in a logistics and distribution environment, you will monitor and patrol designated areas, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a visible presence. Your role involves conducting routine patrols, assisting with access control procedures, and providing outstanding customer service and communication. You will contribute to a positive environment by acting with integrity, collaborating with your team, and putting people first in every interaction. Pay Rate : $17.42 / Hour

Job Schedule :

DayTime Wed 06 : 00 PM - 02 : 00 AM

Thur 06 : 00 PM - 02 : 00 AM

Responsibilities :

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Monitor and control access to the logistics and distribution location, verifying credentials and authorizations for entry and exit.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and identify potential issues.
• Document and report any irregularities, incidents, or suspicious activities according to site protocols.
• Assist with visitor management and direct individuals as needed within the logistics and distribution environment.
