Role Overview
We are seeking a Marketing Manager, Sales Enablement (Growth Track) to join our Engagement & Growth team. This role is designed for a motivated professional with 3–5 years of experience who is eager to step into a manager-level position focused on empowering our sales and distribution efforts through marketing, content, and enablement tools .
This position is marketing-first but deeply tied to sales success . You will help create campaigns, build advisor-facing materials, and support the sales team with resources and processes that improve advisor engagement. Over time, you will take ownership of key initiatives and grow into the lead for sales enablement within the firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the New Frontier Sales Enablement Toolkit : advisor-facing decks, one-pagers, onboarding guides, FAQs, and marketing materials.
- Support the sales and distribution team with tailored proposals, presentations, and client-ready resources.
- Collaborate with leadership to refine the advisor journey, ensuring consistent messaging and seamless engagement.
- Assist with CRM workflows, reporting, and pipeline insights to improve sales efficiency.
Marketing Support
Post content and manage updates across marketing and sales channels and touchpoints, including the website, direct mail / email, social media, and advisor communication platforms.Contribute to integrated campaigns (digital, email, events, webinars) and advisor communications.Draft, edit, and coordinate marketing content, including newsletters, brochures, case studies, and social posts.Manage content calendars and support compliance review processes.Advisor & Event Engagement
Support quarterly due diligence webinars, advisor events, and roadshows with logistics and materials.Collaborate with the team on advisor training and education efforts.Gather advisor and client feedback to continuously improve enablement and engagement materials.Growth & Development
Learn from senior team members by shadowing campaign and enablement planning.Take on projects with defined outcomes and grow toward independent ownership of initiatives.Progress into managing end-to-end sales enablement and marketing projects.Qualifications
~3+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or sales support (financial services or fintech preferred).Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear, advisor-ready language.Familiarity with CRM platforms, marketing automation, or analytics tools is a plus.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.Growth-minded and motivated to develop into a leadership role in marketing and sales enablement.Success Metrics

Base Salary : $75,000 - $85,000 (final compensation based on experience and qualifications)
Bonus : Performance-based bonus potential
