Data Management & Reporting : Design, build, and manage complex internal data systems and tracking tools using advanced functions in Excel and Google Sheets. Process Optimization : Identify, document, and implement improvements to operational workflows and data processes to enhance efficiency and data integrity. Cross-Functional Support : Provide high-leverage analytical and operational support to various departments and leadership teams.

Core Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
- #1 CRITICAL SKILL : EXCEPTIONAL ATTENTION TO DETAIL. A proven track record of absolute precision is mandatory for handling critical documentation, contracts, and financial data. You must be able to meticulously review and audit complex information.
- EXPERT EXCEL / SHEETS PROFICIENCY : Demonstrated advanced skill in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets is essential. Must be proficient in building, maintaining, and troubleshooting complex analytical models, tracking tools (MIS), and reporting systems.
