Key Responsibilities : Perform the Nursing Process : assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Provide relationship-centered care tailored to population-specific needs and cultural diversity. Partner with patients and families for care planning, education, and updates. Coordinate and document care across interdisciplinary teams. Participate in performance improvement, research, and shared governance initiatives. Serve as a preceptor or mentor to staff and students. Promote evidence-based practice and assist in protocol development. Uphold policies, regulatory standards, and patient safety goals. Key Requirements and Technology Experience : Key Skills; BLS, experience as a Registered Nurse Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (BSN preferred). RN license (single-state or multi-state compact). Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required. Knowledge of nursing theory, regulations, policies, and procedures. Strong assessment, treatment, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to manage patient records, emergencies, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
