    • Military veterans encouraged to apply.   What You’ll Do As a Manufacturing Packager, you’ll play a key role in preparing products for sale and distribution.

    Your responsibilities will include :

  • Weighing, packaging, and labeling cannabis-infused products according to company standards and state regulations.
  • Operate and maintain packaging machinery, including fillers, cappers, labelers, and sealers, safely and efficiently.
  • Inspecting products for accuracy, consistency, and quality.
  • Maintaining accurate packaging and inventory records.
  • Keeping your work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety and sanitation standards.
  • Following all company SOPs (standard operating procedures) and state compliance requirements.
  • Assisting team members and performing additional duties as assigned.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize packaging processes.
  • Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and escalate complex problems to maintenance personnel.  What We’re Looking For
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in packaging, manufacturing, or assembly line work (preferred, but not required, we provide training).
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic math and recordkeeping skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or sit for extended periods.
  • Must be able to obtain a Missouri DCR-issued Agent ID and pass a federal fingerprinting background check.
