We're looking for an innovative and customer-focused individual who brings a strategic mindset and creative problem-solving skills to manage the execution of targeted communication campaigns. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with category / business owners to develop targeted communication campaigns that drive meaningful behavioral changes and measurable business outcomes. You'll need to bring your project management toolkit to ensure the seamless and timely delivery of the targeted communication campaigns, specifically regional / local campaigns.
Our ideal candidate would be :
Campaign strategist expertise in building compelling campaigns through strategic thinking, data mining, and collaboration with category / business owners.
Project manager solid experience in project management; able to create project plans with clear tasks, manage timelines, prioritize work effectively, and communicate effectively to set clear expectations with stakeholders.
Proven collaborator able to get things done without formal authority; working across internal and external partners, geographies, and levels across the organization to build a positive connection with our members via compelling communication campaigns.
What You Will Do

Campaign Management
- Planning & intake management : Act as the primary point of contact for regional / local and merchandising campaigns. You start by understanding the business needs and objectives of the category / business owners, then lead ideation and manage end-to-end campaign development from gathering and sharing information to execution.
- Campaign development & management : Manage the development and execution of targeted communication campaigns. You synthesize the requests from category / business owners, brief the Inner Circle team, build creative concept briefs, and work with the team to develop a campaign as well as a measurement plan to evaluate the outcome. You'll need to become an expert of our capabilities and capacity to effectively contribute to the development.
- Collaboration & change management : Work closely with internal and external teams, including Marketing & Brand Creative, Loyalty, Retail Media Network, Data & Analytics, Business Units, and Category / Business owners to manage the full end-to-end campaign process to ensure seamless and timely execution of the communication campaigns. Effectively manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs, ensuring stakeholders are informed and aligned.
- Reward & offer submissions : Manage the end-to-end reward and offer submission process, including cross-functional collaboration with relevant teams, reward / offer set up, and testing.
Communications Support
Oversee the implementation of local / regional and merchandising communications collateral, including brief creation and proofing, to ensure that it is consistent with our brand standards and optimized for each communication channel.Provide copyediting support for brand adherence, grammar, and clarity.Help maintain the loyalty campaign calendar to understand / evaluate customer impact from all communication campaigns as well as to set clear expectations with stakeholders.Support the execution / optimization of ad-hoc communications and national campaigns.Leverage A / B testing to continually optimize regional campaigns.Ad-hoc Responsibilities
Derive insights from dashboards; effectively translate analytics into clear insights and actionable recommendations.Monitor and share industry trends and best practices.Ad-hoc problem solving and day-to-day tasks as needed to support the needs of the team.Flexible with working hours to support global ways of working.What You Need
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or related field preferred2-4 years of experience in project management, marketing communications, or similar roleStrong project management, organizational, and coordination skills to deliver effective campaigns.Experience with marketing, email, SMS and / or web marketing is preferred.Ability to build relationships and work effectively with multiple stakeholders in a cross-functional environment.Strong messaging, content development, and writing skills, comfortable with crafting messaging and content to aid in ideation and development of a communication campaign.Experience in managing complex projects.Strong analytical skills, understanding of testing methodologies, ability to draw conclusions from data and take action accordingly.Advanced skills : Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & related Microsoft suite productsMust be able to perform the essential duties and responsibilities as described above.Must be able to follow state, federal and company guidelines.Must be able to always maintain a positive team attitude and professional demeanor.What's in it for you!
