Responsibilities and Duties :

• Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple luxury Japanese dining locations
• Take ownership of P&L : revenue, labor, food cost, and operational expenses
• Monitor guest feedback and regional performance to guide business decisions
• Hire and develop teams that embody the spirit of omotenashi (Japanese hospitality)
• Cultivate a professional, respectful, and detail-oriented work environment
• Interact with VIPs, media, and influential guests to create memorable dining moments
• Enhance service recovery and feedback mechanisms to ensure continuous improvement
• Ensure adherence to food safety, labor, and liquor laws
• Maintain excellence in cleanliness, service flow, and operational standards
• Ensure each unit meets brand standards in service, culture, and culinary excellence
• Provide on-site leadership through team training, audits, and coaching
• Manage pre-opening logistics and oversee smooth restaurant launches
