SCHEDULE : 4 10's (four 10 hour shifts) Front Half (Sun,Mon,Tue,Wed) / Back Half (Wed,Thur,Fri,Sat) 1100 - 2100

Stadium Medical is seeking a dedicated and professional Full-Time Communications Training Officer to join our EMS team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, the ability to manage multiple calls simultaneously, and the capacity to handle stressful situations with a calm and composed demeanor. While acting first and foremost as a dispatcher, this individual will also help train new dispatchers with the guidance of the Dispatch Supervisor. This role demands a high level of attention to detail, strong leadership and teaching skills of a small knit team, ensuring that all dispatch activities are taught accurately, and helping maintain the high standard of quality Stadium Medical provides on a daily basis.
As a CTO, you will be the critical link between those in need of emergency medical assistance and our field personnel, while working collaboratively with the communications team to manage Stadium Medical's system wide dispatch network. You will have a responsibility for oversight, implementation, organization, and growth of the highly functioning dispatch division, servicing different geographical areas within Colorado. This department provides 24-hour dispatch services and plays a crucial role in building and maintaining an elite dispatch network, ensuring efficient and timely movement of patients, emphasizing customer service, quality care and safety.
The CTO will work closely with EMS personnel, other supervisors, dispatch employees, while answering directly to the Dispatch Supervisor and Operations Manager of the transport division. This role is vital in supporting our mission to provide exceptional emergency medical services to our community. This full-time role requires flexibility, with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to support our 24 / 7 operation.
MINIMUM EDUCATION OR FORMAL TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE :
Must be 18 years or older, high school diploma or equivalent; and proven experience in performing simultaneous tasks. Previous relevant experience of at least 1 year in a dispatch center with Medical Dispatch Experience. If applying as a current employee, Stadium Medical is asking employee has minimum 6 months experience with company, but is not necessary. Command of the English language, both written and verbal and the ability to speak clearly and distinctly. Ability to exercise a high degree of good judgment in independent work situations while evaluating emergency and non-emergency situations. Must be able to think through split second decisions.
