Responsibilities :
Diagnose and repair a wide range of equipment, including ice makers, coffer brewers, ovens, and beverage dispensersEnsure timely service and maintain a high first-time fix rateMinimize repeat service calls and ensure customer satisfactionProvide on-the-job training for new technicians and lead two training workshops annuallyMaintain accurate service records and report equipment status to managementPromote safety, compliance, and best practices in all service activitiesStay updated on industry advancements and lead by exampleWork flexible hours, including weekends, holidays and on-call asValid driver's license with a clean driving recordEPA Certification, with ability to gain in-house refrigeration certificationAt least 3 years of experience in refrigeration and field service workStrong troubleshooting skills and leadership abilitiesExperience in training and mentoring techniciansAbility to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, climbing ladders, and working in various conditionsCompensation details : 24-30 Hourly Wage
