Role Overview :
The Technical Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top technical talent across IT and engineering disciplines. They partner closely with hiring managers to understand skill requirements, manage the full recruitment lifecycle, and ensure a smooth candidate experience. This role involves building strong talent pipelines, leveraging job boards and networking tools, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of technology roles and industry trends.
What Youll Do :
- Partner with hiring managers and department leaders to define role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
- Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct phone screens and interviews to evaluate technical and cultural fit.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding coordination.
- Maintain accurate candidate and job data in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Develop creative recruiting strategies to attract passive and hard-to-find talent.
- Stay up to date on market trends, emerging technologies, and competitive salaries.
- Communicate regularly with candidates to ensure a positive interview experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve recruitment processes and hiring efficiency.
