Director Of Product Management
A Director Of Product Management is responsible for interfacing and partnering with cross-functional teams such as engineering, sales, and marketing. They are the owner of the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a given portfolio of capabilities. This leader plays a critical role in creating the strategy, coordinating delivery, and managing the business value of our core learning offering, including courses, hands-on learning, and assessments. They are accountable for driving user adoption, engagement, and the overall success of the portfolio by connecting business needs to product value. The successful candidate will be naturally cross-functional and detail oriented, as they will play a pivotal role in ensuring alignment between product management, experience design, engineering, content production, customers, and business stakeholders. They will work with other functional leaders to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of content production capabilities, discovery and skills mapping features, learning experiences, assessment tools, and more.

Improving product delivery by developing operations, processes, frameworks, and resources that can be scaled across organizational boundariesPartnering with leaders to establish milestones that balance the development of new product capabilities with security, operational, and / or regulatory risks; influencing end-state architecture and driving secure, resilient, performant and scalable technology solutionsInfluencing senior leaders and executives to gain alignment, secure resources, and overcome obstaclesCreating vision and strategy for product vertical with your product leadersPrioritizing and setting the outcomes with your teams based on the company strategyDriving roadmap execution and cross platform teamwork to build the most valuable products for our usersFostering a healthy team environment and supporting the development and growth of individual contributorsHelping to set goals for product organization effectiveness, and helping to lead internal improvement and development activitiesExperience you'll bring :
Experience as a people leader at a senior levelDirect experience in product management or related experience shipping products to market in a SaaS environmentExperience managing or leading a team of Product Managers or equivalents for SaaS productsRequirements :
Strong leadership, decision-making, and collaboration skillsStrong communication skills and experience, such as presenting at company-wide and executive team settingsOrganizational skills with a servant leadership attitudeAbility to strategize product direction with inputs like competitive analysis, VoC, business reviews and business goalsMinimum of 12 years of related or equivalent experience; or 8+ years and an advanced degreeThis is a remote role; however, applicants located within 45 miles of our Westlake / Dallas, TX office should expect to work on-site Tuesday through Thursday, with remote flexibility on Mondays and Fridays. This approach enables more effective collaboration, quicker decision-making, and a stronger culture, while still providing flexibility.
