Position Overview
Providing unique and enriching vacation experiences for guests through activity delivery and glamping quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute, supervise, and provide guidance to a variety of activities offered, not limited to : Archery, throwing activities, aerial activities, and fishing appropriate for ages 6+
- Facilitate short tours of property while driving company van
- Assist guests with activity scheduling and creating a seamless experience
- Knowledge experts for on-site hiking trails, local adventures, and attractive family destinations
- Assists the glamping site in housekeeping tasks such as laundry, cleaning, and lodging
- Model the Scout Oath and Law in daily interactions
- Maintain a clean, organized, inspected, neat, and safe work area
- Perform additional duties assigned by SBR leadership
- Abide by policies and procedures outlined in the SBR staff handbook
Qualifications
Minimum age : 18+Preferred : Outdoor recreation experienceComplete USA archery level 1 instructor or BSA archery rangemaster (training provided)Willing to become a registered Scouting America member (includes background screening)Comfortable using Microsoft Teams for daily work-related communicationPhysical & Practical Requirements
Ability to stand, walk, and hike up to 8 hours daily and ability to lift / move up to 50 poundsComplete the Annual Health and Medical Record , including height / weight guidelinesHousing : 10'x12' platform tent in Staff Camp | Uniform : Summit Staff Uniform | Work Hours : 45-55Desired Traits
