Position Description

Concordia University seeks applicants for the full-time, exempt position of Assistant Network Administrator. This position is responsible for managing and maintaining the University server, internet, and network systems. This position reports to the Senior Director of Technology and is located on the Mequon, Wisconsin campus.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the Microsoft O365 environment.
• Oversee and administer servers and network management.
• Support and manage Microsoft SCCM.
• Assist with support and maintenance of computer desktops.
• Research and develop new technologies.
• Evaluate and deploy new software, hardware, and operating systems.
• Stay current in the field by reading publications, attending training courses, and seminars.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

Education & Experience

A degree in Information Technology and / or related work experience is required. Academic computing experience preferred.
